Shipping and delivery
Pinner Club is a small business based in Toronto, Canada. Every portrait is individually hand-drawn with either detailed pencil work (button pins), or digitally (framed portraits) to capture your pet’s unique personality. Please be patient as drawing does require time and effort to create something I am proud to present as an artist.
Button Pin Subscriptions will always be mailed by the last business day of each month for that month’s pin.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We currently ship or mail all physical products through Canada Post. Delivery timelines below are estimates only and may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and seasonal mail volume.
- Button Pin Subscription Orders
- Button pin subscription mail is sent using standard untracked lettermail.
- Canada Delivery Estimates
- Local mail: approximately 2 business days
- Within the same province: approximately 3 business days
- Across Canada: approximately 4 business days
- International Delivery Estimates
- United States: approximately 4–6 business days
- International destinations: approximately 4–7 business days
Please note that standard lettermail does not include tracking or insurance.
Pet Portrait Frame Shipping
Framed pet portraits are shipped as parcels through Canada Post with tracked shipping whenever available.
- Canada Delivery Estimates
- Local deliveries: approximately 1–3 business days
- Regional deliveries: approximately 3–7 business days
- National deliveries: approximately 4–13 business days
- Remote or northern regions may require additional time
- International Delivery Estimates
- International parcel delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Most international orders arrive within:
- United States: approximately 5–10 business days
- International destinations: approximately 1–4 weeks
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped when applicable.
Digital Pet Portraits
Digital pet portraits are delivered electronically by email only.
- Delivery Estimates
- Digital artwork is typically delivered within 3–7 business days after your portrait has been completed and approved.
- No physical item will be shipped for digital portrait orders.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so your artwork can be delivered successfully.
