All products are made to order and may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade and custom nature of our work.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. Full payment is required before any order is processed, created, or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion in cases including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Incomplete customer information
- Inappropriate or offensive image submissions
Button Pin Subscription Terms
By purchasing a button pin subscription, you agree to the subscription duration selected at checkout.
- Subscription purchases are final sale
- Subscriptions cannot be cancelled, paused, refunded, transferred, or opted out of once payment has been completed
- Subscription shipments are prepared in advance and mailed according to the subscription schedule
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or seasonal mail volume.
Custom Pet Portraits
Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality pet photos for portrait creation.
We are not responsible for:
- Poor image quality provided by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete photo submissions
- Minor artistic differences or interpretation within custom artwork
Portrait completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and customization requests.
Digital Artwork Delivery
Digital pet portraits are delivered electronically by email only. No physical item will be shipped unless separately purchased.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are shipped through Canada Post.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer
Untracked lettermail orders, including button pin subscription mail, are sent without tracking or insurance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
- Subscription cancellations after purchase
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details for review.
Privacy
Customer personal information is kept private and is used only for order fulfillment, communication, and customer service purposes.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
Completed pet portraits may occasionally be shared on social media or promotional pages to showcase our work. No personal customer information will ever be shared publicly. Customers may request that their artwork remain private.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, branding, and content created by our shop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute artwork for commercial purposes without permission.
